WIA Title I Adult and WIA Title 1 Dislocated Worker
Services include the following:
Job Search Assistance, Career Counseling, Direct Job Referrals, Access to Training and Tuition Assistance, Information on demand occupations, Career Resource Library, Post Placement Services, Job Shadows, Work Experience Opportunities, Resume Writing Assistance, Job Seeker Workshops.
Free Computer Lab, No appointment necessary from 8:00 to 5:00 Monday through Thursday.
Lab includes: current and locally advertised job listings, labor market information and employment trends, State and County civil service listings, job search websites via fast internet connection, Typing Tutor software, interactive software tutorials, videos, books, phone, fax, and copy machine availability.
Assistance for Social Security Recipients (SSI or SSDI)
If you are between 18 and 64 years old, and receiving SSI or SSDI and would like to return to employment without experiencing a sudden loss of benefits, we can help.
